Thumbs Up’s mission is to reduce the gap between the education and the workplace, raise the awareness of young people and bring their expectations into line with the needs of companies.
Thumbs Up offers counselling services to young people in order to help orient them and increase their self-awareness.
Thumbs Up offers consulting services for companies who are dealing with the need to check the employees’ motivation and alignment with the company mission. Thumbs Up also helps to preselect new candidates and identify the right team for the right job.
Thumbs Up organizes Self-Entrepreneurship courses for young people to teach them how to improve their interpersonal skills and innovational knowledge, as well as how to develop complex projects and how to write their own CV. We also conduct an interview to help identify the right working sector for each client.
Thumbs Up continues to develop several tests with the aim of matching the needs of young people with the labor market and education system.
Based on a Thumbs Up algorithm, the test can be customized for specific requests.
Thumbs Up Map Test has been used by more than 10.000 students who have received their personal report. 60 schools, 11 universities and several professors have used the tool.
