ABOUT US
Thumbs Up is a new venture, started in 2014 by Anna Venturino and Andrea Mignanelli. Building on their 15 years of international exposure in the education sector and entrepreneurial experience, their dream is to help young people become more aware of themselves and enter into the labor market with an entrepreneurial approach. In its short life, Thumbs Up has developed important international networks and several projects with Universities, Schools and Companies. In 2016 Thumbs Up won a tender notice of Vodafone Foundation “Digital for social”. In 2017 Thumbs Up won a tender notice of Fondazione Cariplo and developed the project “Un Ponte verso il futuro” and Thumbs Up coach network. In 2018 and 2019 Thumbs Up consolidates the relationship with companies and schools and carries out important youth working projects in Milan, Turin and Rome.

Her key words are passion, willingness and entrepreneurship. After having worked for 15 years helping young people with difficult social and familiar contest, she decided to focus her commitment on youth unemployment. For this reason, she founded Thumbs Up and invented Thumbs Up Map, a platform that will contribute to reducing youth unemployment.

Mignanelli
Trainee in a global company, partner in a strategy consulting firm, startupper in the financial sector: Andrea has spent 20 years being mentored by charismatic leaders and being a mentor himself to young colleagues. In Thumbs Up he is contributing his entrepreneurial attitude and coaching experience.

Passionate about Neuro Linguistic Programming, she graduated as Master Practitioner and in the meantime she specialized in Systemic Evolutionary Coaching. She has twenty years experience in corporate coaching and as life coach for teenagers. She worked as a flight attendant for Alitalia for 25 years and was part of the crisis unit for the assistance to the families of the victims of air disasters.

ICF Certified Coach, Hogan Assessor and NLP Master Practitioner. Strategic consultant. Specialized in career coaching and diversity management. After a long experience in strategic consultancy at McKinsey & Co., in financial services, Corporate governance and Executive Search, she started being passionate about coaching and she graduated at Menslab School, achieving the title of Systemic Evolutionary Coach.

ICF Certified Coach and Trainer. Specialized in group dynamics, managerial development and emotional intelligence. For about twenty years she has been enthusiastic about projects in the Human Resources field, with a focus on training and development areas. She decided to graduate from the Menslab school as a systemic evolutionary Coach. From 2014, as Life & Business Coach, she helps people and groups to bring out their potential and reach the desired goals.

From 2006 she works in a shoulder rehabilitation team in which she follows many sportsmen, integrating the rehabilitation program with her coach skills.
